There’s been some trans-Atlantic festival hopping this week with our major presence at the East End Film Festival and two members of the Hi8us family at Tribeca in New York.

Yousaf talks about the Big Apple. Its the same and its different. Yousaf tells us about the Tribeca All Access Award and what he hopes to get out of it. Yousaf reports back on his first day at Tribeca. He pitches for Giantland in front of an audience and meets Anadil Hossein, his mentor and ‘fixer’ for the week. Its the day before Yousaf flies out to New York. We are scouting for container park locations down by the river Thames in Barkingside in East london. Its just won the only UK All Access Award at the Tribeca Fe…  As part of their 10th anniversary celebrations East End Film Festival will be repeat screening a selection of the best short films screened at the festival over the past 10 years. They include three films from Hi8us South.  Among all of the delights at this year’s East End Film Festival, 27 April – 2 May, will be the opportunity to see new short films from Hi8us South. |
