Teen Life Check (TLC) is a quiz-style online questionnaire for young people aged 11-14, with a particular focus on 12-13 year olds.  It is designed to support young people in taking greater control of and responsibility for their health and wellbeing. 

TLC aims to help raise young people’s awareness of risk and the range of local and national support services available to them. 

This 6 minute DVD shows what TLC is, how young people feel about it, and how they will continue to play a key part in its development.
